How to delete your account
- In the app: Settings → Data & privacy → Request account deletion (patients), or Settings → Account → Delete account (doctors and clinic staff).
- On the website: Profile → Your data → Request account deletion (patients), or Profile → Delete account (doctors and clinic staff).

What is deleted and what is kept
- Patients: your account, uploads and AI chats are deleted, and your name and contact details are removed from your clinics' records. The medical records your doctors wrote stay with their clinics, as the law requires, without your name.
- Doctors and clinic staff: your sign-in and contact details are deleted. The records you created stay with your clinic, as medical-records law requires.
- We complete every request within 30 days.
